We are STILL in Texas where it is hot, hot, HOT! Ralph is continuing to heal and has had his stitches removed. It is amazing! Ralph looks and feels good! One more trip to the doctor next week and then he won't need to be seen again until October. YEA!
Leah is making her way down the Pacific Coast on a train. She had a FANTASTIC time on her hike and we are slowly getting the details by text as the reception has been too poor to chat much.
We will all meet up in Houston next week, continue to work on orders until Aug 27th and then we are all heading to Branson, MO for a week. While the shops will be open, we will only be shipping "emergency" orders (we understand that sometimes you HAVE to have an ear wire or a bracelet). We are going to spend most of the week in product development so we will have lots of new items for our customers.
Unfortunately, shipping delays may continue through September as we get caught up. We will be filling orders by date paid unless we are informed or a deadline. We appreciate all of the well-wishes and patience from our customers.

HUGS!

What a difference a few days makes! Ralph's nose looks like, well Ralph's nose! This surgeon has just the right touch! Ralph is feeling good too! We return to the doctor tomorrow and then will know more about the next step....can we return to Missouri this week? will it be a few more weeks? We just don't know.

We are continuing to work hard to get orders out asap. Thanks EVERYONE for your patience and well wishes!

Ralph has completed his second surgery which included the beginning of the reconstruction. The doctor did a double flap, using all of Ralph's own skin to start to recreate the area affected by the cancer. He needs to see the doctor again next week and then again in a month. We have decided that we need to stay nearby until the whole process is complete. SO, we are working to set up a temporary soldering work station and plan to be able to fill the soldered ring orders next week. Otherwise, we are filling orders between 1-10 days depending on the number and type of items...with wire and commercial rings shipping right out. Contact us with any questions regarding your order status and we will get right back to you.

Thanks so much to everyone for your patience and well wishes!

Good news today from the Pathology report! The margins surrounding Ralph's spot are free of cancer. He is scheduled to have a bit more surgery Monday to check the depth. If that is all clear then the following week he will have a skin graft and we can head back to Missouri!

ID vs OD
Good question! ID stands for inside diameter and OD stands for inside diameter. If you know the gauge and one of these measurements, you can always calculate the other.
All of our handmade jump rings are measured and sold using the inside diameter. Many of our good quality commercially made jump rings are measured and sold using the outside diameter.
Each listing states which way the ring was measured and if you have any questions about what size is best for your application, just ask and we will be happy to give you our best suggestion.

Shipping? We use USPS and usually ship via First Class. For domestic shipments we include complimentary tracking. For international shipments, we can only track to the US boarder unless Express shipping is used.

We can always upgrade shipping to Priority or Express, just let us know your deadline and we will let you know what we can do to help you meet it.
